It’s been a while since I posted – my apologies – but I will be posting regularly from now on.  And I will be working from the Bath Practice from tomorrow!  It is very exciting to be starting in a new clinic and to be able to see clients in a face-to-face setting although my online consultations will continue.  Having thought I would never get used to zoom it now feels like second nature to chat with everyone in a virtual setting and despite the difficulties with online communication I think most of us experienced at first, I am so glad we had the option.  It was certainly a new way for myself to work, and new skills had to be developed, not least some sort of understanding of the internet – but now, this far down the road, I am delighted so many of us were able to adapt and keep links going when isolation was the order of the day.

As the seasons change, and new opportunities arise please don’t forget to prepare for winter.  What plans do you have to keep well?  Have you thought about supplements?  Perhaps some new recipes to try out which amp up the veg in your life!  A little bit of planning can go a long way especially in what could be a challenging season as CoVid continues to be present.  Have you topped up your cold and flu remedies?  Check what you’ve got in hand and have a think about what you might need.  Well stored remedies can last for years so no harm in having everything you need for everyone around you at the ready!

Keep well, eat well, rest well.
